Wat wij doen

In the beautifully decorated dining room with it's typical atmosphere of a Teppan-Yaki restaurant, there are seven tables. All the round tables have a built-in grill. In front of the guests, hands moving like lightning prepare a great variety of meat and fish dishes before offering them on a plate - fried lightly and just right.
